ABOUT ME
I have been interested in active movement since my early childhood. I did race and compete in BMX bikes, orienteering, athletics (high jump, hurdles, relays), cross-country skiing and basketball.
In my free time I do cycle, run, surf, play volleyball, ski or rock climb.

TRAINING METHODS AND APPROACH
I am specialized in functional training and in making the entire body more durable and strong.
I do use the own weight exercises, mastering the main power movements as are: squats, pull ups, push ups, deadlifts, bridgs, lunges, jumps and izometric fixations.
I do frequently use this equipment in my trainings: BOSU®, TRX®, FLOWIN®, Kettlebells, Gliding discs, GripR, Core bags, Reaction balls, expanders a other.
The programming style and tempo of the training is always customized to you as individual and your needs and your current individual physical performance level.
